Return Eligibility
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain items such as personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending your item(s) back.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to defects or incorrect items received, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We are happy to assist with exchanges, subject to product availability. For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take extra care to ensure every product meets our quality standards. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. Send photos of the damage along with your order details to [email protected], and our team will arrange for a replacement or refund.
